Last Friday, OGR Partner David Vavra moderated a policy panel at the 8th Annual Research Conference jointly organized by the National Bank of Ukraine and the Narodowy Bank Polski. In the panel Andriy Pyshnyy (National Bank of Ukraine), Paweł Szałamacha (Narodowy Bank Polski) and Gediminas Šimkus (Bank of Lithuania) discussed The Challenges for a Central Bank in the New Normal.
