Tomas heads our Brno office and focuses on model development and macro-prudential projects

As head of division, Tomas is responsible for managing a range of macroeconomic forecasting projects. He contributes to the development and operation of dynamic macroeconomic models. He has assisted central banks in a number of countries across the globe, including Kenya, Mozambique, and Mongolia, in modernizing their analytical frameworks. Tomas has a strong teaching aptitude, and has led classes on Microeconomics and Mathematics at Masaryk University, the second-largest university in the Czech Republic. 

Tomas Motl holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics.
